The Root of My Health Problems

Okay, so I acknowledge that I have failed in keeping my food diary. But I had several reasons why I stopped. First, I think that it is rather mundane for me to keep track of all the food I eat, because my diet is so plain. Second, I came down with the cold, for the first time in like three years.

The good news however, is that I finally figured out the root of ALL my health problems that have plagued me my whole life. I have gone to doctors so many times as a child and even in my adult years, but they could never find out what was wrong with me. So for the last four years I finally took matters into my own hands and did my own research. And I am proud to say that I finally found the root of the problem.

At first I thought I had fibromyalgia, which I probably did because my muscles were so sore all the time, and I had all the other symptoms that accompany the horrible disease. Those symptoms had begun to die down because I have not done any physical work for almost three years now. Because of that I thought I was getting better, but I still had no energy! And now I know why...

So are you ready? Here I go....I discovered that I was massively infected with parasites. Not only in my intestines, but in my lungs, my head and I swear in the rest of my body too. I could literally feel them come out of my head. YUCK!! I still have not gotten rid of them all, but I am starting to feel my energy levels return.

So what did I do to get rid of them? GARLIC. The one food that people have been telling me about, as to how good it is for you, and the one food that I have rejected this whole time. I have never in my whole entire life enjoyed spicy foods, but now I have made a promise to myself that spice is what my diet will be from now on.

At first when I started to take the garlic I mixed it with olive oil, lemon juice and a few spices, but it got so disgusting that I couldn't down it anymore. Then I tried it with coconut oil, which was a little different, but not much better. Then I got smart and came up with my own recipe, and to be honest I really don't mind it at all. What I do now is chop up the garlic, and mix it with avocado, lemon juice, sea salt, turmeric, cayenne pepper and black pepper. You can get the parasite killer recipe here. I will definitely keep you posted on whether or not I am able to get rid of the parasites with diet alone, or if I will have to get a parasite cleansing kit. Hopefully a diet alone will do it for me.
