Matcha is a green Japanese tea that comes in a powdered form. It is fairly expensive, but it is one of the best foods for antioxidants, which help to fight against free radicals. According to research matcha contains more antioxidants than goji berries, pomegranate and cranberries.

Stuffed Grape Leaves
When I came across this recipe for rice stuffed grape leaves dolmas I knew that I had to try them. At first I wasn't sure if I would be able to find the grape leaves because I had never heard that you could eat them. But I managed to find them at an Asian supermarket, pickled and in a large jar.
The grape leaves smelled like grapes when I opened the jar and somewhat tasted like them too. I don't know whether this is really how they taste, or if it was the sauce that they were in. Nonetheless, they tasted great.
Rice is one of my favorite foods, and after preparing it I was tempted to eat it as it was. But I had already bought the grape leaves and so I went ahead and prepared the recipe as instructed and it turned out really well. It was really filling too.
I have lots of grape leaves left over, so I will be making this again in the near future. Here is the link to the recipe.
