Made an Acai Powder Smoothie

Today I made an acai powder smoothie, and I have to tell you it tasted pretty good! I made it very simple with honey, water and coconut oil.  I am thinking of adding a few other ingredients, and for that I will have to do some experiments. Once I have something I really I will post the recipe for it.

Other things that I had to drink were lemon water with honey, as well as a few superfood drinks with raw cacao, maca, coconut oil, honey and a hint of ashwaganda.  Again, once I get this perfected, I will post a recipe for them.

Breakfast: For breakfast I had 2 apples, cut up, and lightly salted with sea salt. I do not know why, but I just LOVE sea salt, and can't seem to live without it.

Lunch: For lunch I had a large salad made with romaine lettuce, and for the dressing, an avocado, lemon juice and a hint of sea salt.

Snack: For my snack today, I once again had roasted sunflower seeds. They are always good! :)

I did not have supper, but I enjoyed the superfood drinks, and they really filled me up.

Oh, and I almost forgot....I had a cup of coffee today as well. I had not had the stuff all week, but today I decided to treat myself again....It was good. :)
